Because I suck at remembering to post...

Monday:
5 miles in 48:30 (whoo!)
60 crunches
2x60 crunches with legs up
2x50 side crunches

Tuesday:
Morning: 3 miles in 29ish minutes
2x60 crunches with legs up
2x50 side crunches
Evening: Boxfit class (we got to use mits and pads! I love hitting the pads!)

Today (Wednesday):
5 miles in 48:45 (not bad)
100 crunches
2x60 crunches with legs up
2x50 side crunches
(and my back is kinda sore from the boxfit. Don't think I've used those muscles before...)

and my weight is holding steady at a disgustin 65.75 kg. I feel like a whale.
