but about 2 weeks ago, i went running about 2-3 miles for about 5 days, and went to the gym and ran for 45 minutes and biked for 30 there.
ran 4 miles in 45 minutes (this included a 5 minute or so period of walking about 23 minutes in) at increasing 5-7.5 mph
biked 30 minutes and 10.85 miles
joined the gym
and yay! the gym has a yoga class tomorrow night!
